Do you make fully custom pieces?+
Yes — custom is what we do. Every commission is designed from scratch around your idea, from a first sketch to a finished, one-of-a-kind piece. We also remake and reset existing jewelry.
Where are you based, and do you ship worldwide?+
Our atelier is in The Hague, Netherlands, and we serve a worldwide clientele. Finished pieces are documented, insured and shipped internationally; we can work with you entirely remotely by call and WhatsApp.
Are your diamonds ethically sourced?+
Every stone is ethically sourced and fully traceable. We source raw diamonds only from Rio Tinto, Arctic Canadian and Okavango, then cut and polish them in-house so each stone's journey is documented end to end. All are graded to GIA standards.
How long does a commission take?+
Most commissions take about 8–12 weeks. Simpler pieces are faster; intricate settings take a little longer. We give you a realistic date at the design stage and keep you updated as your piece moves through production.
How much does a custom piece cost?+
It depends on the design, metal and stones — commissions typically start around €2,000 and rise from there. After we understand your brief we come back with an honest budget range before any work begins.
Can I use my own stones or gold?+
Absolutely. We reset heirloom stones into new designs and rework existing pieces. We also purchase scrap gold, and its value can be applied toward a new commission.
Do you offer repairs, polishing and diamond replacement?+
Yes — resizing, re-tipping, refinishing and full polishing, plus sourcing and setting replacement diamonds matched for cut, colour and clarity. See our services.
How do I get started?+
Fill in the commission form — it takes a couple of minutes — or message us on WhatsApp. We reply within two business days with first thoughts, a sketch direction and a budget range.
Do pieces come with certification and warranty?+
Yes. Diamonds are GIA-graded and your piece is delivered with documentation, insured shipping and a lifetime warranty covering craftsmanship, plus ongoing care.
Can I visit the atelier?+
Of course, by appointment. We're at Jan Pietersz. Coenstraat 7, The Hague. Hours are Mon–Fri 8:30–20:00 and Sat–Sun 9:30–13:30 — choose "Visit the atelier" in the commission form and we'll arrange a time.
